Rocket.Chat Foqal application installation

• Log into Rocket.Chat with an administrator user

• Go to Administration -> Apps -> Installed

  

• Click on Upload App

  

• Enter the URL to the file that Foqal will provide and click install

  

Adding a bot user

• Go to Administration -> Users and click on New

  

• Fill in the user details that will act as a bot user and be sure to add the roles: user, bot

• Save the user.
• Go to Administration -> Permissions and ensure that the bot role has the permission “Impersonate Other Users”
